What is it good for and does it affect the player's performance? If so i what way?

How is experience gathered? With playing games i can imagine, but how come experience grows in different speed with players who play approx equal amount of games?

I have a youth player that is with the club 1 week and already has 1 star for experience. While another rookie that is with me for 5 weeks now and played several friendlies has only 0.5 star.

Is it the experience of the current BPOS or is it the overall experience of a player depending on how long he has played football regardless of the position(s).

How you get experience points is in the FAQ 3. How much experience do the players gain in a match?
Each friendly game a player has 50% chance to gain 1 point of experience. Each official game a player has 75% of chance to gain 1 point of experience. Each

I think it has been said by the admin that experience makes it faster for a player to get BPOS raiting (or change BPOS). I don't know if it gives any other advantages though

It has been a while since I read that part of the FAQ.
I totally forgot.

Thanks!
