I have first place in a division V sewed up. Prize money is 329K. I was going to go ahead and start some construction and go in the hole. The prize money will pay this off. I want the new construction to be finished by the start of next season. I'm just leery of being in the hole and don't want to lose this team through stupidity. Opinions would be appreciated.

you can be up to -400k before you lose your team, but the system will not let you spend money you do not have. I would wait until you have the cash in hand and build up your stadium. Also note that players salaries will be going up about double this off-season, so plan for that (which improving your stadium helps just that)

Thanks all I needed to know. Dang people at the market won't let me spend money I don't have either.
