I've noticed that lately there are some players on the wire that have great stats but extremely low energy. Those players are being sold for 50-150k. I have a theory as to what this could be, wanted to get others input. My theory is these players belonged to someone with all the training halls and great coaches. They took these players for cheap off the wire, trained the heck out of them (thus the low energy) and are now selling them. It would appear these players are great on talent maybe, but not necessarily if the above scenario is true. I'm not saying it is an exploit or anything, it is up to us to scout these guys. Do you think this is what people are doing?

I definitely think this is what some coaches are doing, however I disagree with this strategy wholeheartedly. Because not only are you lowering the energy of the guys you want to sell. But you're also lowering the energy of the guys you plan on keeping on your team. I sometimes wonder how thoroughly some managers think their strategies through..

But to each their own, if they want to do this, and it's workin for them, and they don't mind losing quite a few games. I just assume let them do their thing and make getting to the TD easier for the rest of us.

Yeah, if coaches want to do this, and risk the higher chance of injury, let them (it's not worth the profit in my eyes)

From what I've read and my own experience bringing guys back to 100 per cent. Any player who's less than fifty or sixty per cent is worthless. I personally won't take anyone less than 85.
