This is an interesting question and I can't find it in the forums.
When building seats and I decided to fill one side of the stadium to capacity will they be filled or do you have to spread it around?

I don't see why you can't do that.

The only problem would be that it might tip over if you have alot of overwieght fans.

I believe all we've heard is that at some point, VIP and EXEC seats will stop filling up whereas regular seats would've filled up.

It isn't wise to that though. Since you will loose more money when your uppgrading only that one side all the time, whereas to spread your income around the stadium.
