Is there a way to have both HB's get 50/50 carries or 60/40 etc?

The closest you can get is to line them up at HB left and HB right, should be about equal carries.
FBs get less carries and should get none if they line up same side as the HB i.e. both Left or both centre or both right then HB should get all the carries. If you have something like HB centre and FB right or left then the FB will get a few carries but most will go to the HB.

I have to disagree! From my experience when using HB centre/FB left or right, my FB had about twice as many carries and almost three times the yardage that my HB had.

With my experience with the FB, the only time he does not get any carries is when he is the lead blocker in the I-formation.

OK Sal, I'm sure you're right, been awhile since I experimented with this.

In this game, I had 38 rush attempts and my FB did not get one carry. (he was in the I-formation as FB center).

I'm running this formation now. Due to an injury. Did your HB do better as a result of having a lead blocker ?

Cpony, I honestly have not seen much of a difference with my HB performance with or without a FB.

Now I either play singleback or proset with a HB left and HB right to split carries.
I use a twin TE (left and right) as extra O-lineman in the singleback formation.
