Well yes, the answer is they CAN run, but I'm not sure it's conclusive what skills affect their running ability. It might be the same as RB skills, or they might be different. For example, a quarterback might have to have high intelligence to know when to pull the ball down and run.

That's why I'm in favor of mostly training the skills that we KNOW will matter for a position, in case we find out that guru's guide (as great as it is) is wrong, or if they change the GE.

Just my .02. That being said, my QB is also a stud runner, he's run for about 12 TD's if you count friendlies and cup games.
