when you upgrad the traning staff you meed the money for 10 week. So do we have the upgrad for 10 weeks or for always.

No, the 10 week thing is for a number of reasons, one of which to ensure you don't go bankrupt from the coaches.

doesn't really matter when you save up for the 10 weeks wages, hire them coaches, and proceed to blow it all on stadium upgrades
