Does anyone know which skills a gunner, a kick returner and a corner back need?

They all need speed, probably agility. In addition,

G-tackling
CB-blocking
KR-similar to RB skills, plus catching so he won't fumble.

That's just my opinion, but I think it's what most of the community agrees on.

Agree. I would also add;

I would add strengh, footwork and speed to the gunner so that he can get off of the CB's blocking.
Would add position and footwork to the CB to keep his block as long as posible for the return man to gain more yardage.

I think SteelerSal is probably right. I was just stating the most basic, aka the "primary" skills for each position.

I'm not convinced that the return game is all that complex yet.

Oh, another question.
What's the difference between the left and the right gunner? Can I use the same person for those two spots?

No, they are on the pitch at the same time. The right Gunner catches the ball if it's punted to the right side of the field, the left Gunner does the same at the other side of the field.

Gunners don't catch the ball period.

And what exactly does a gunner do?

The gunners are the first guys down the field with a chance to tackle the punt returners.
