I've been thinking about training intensity... is there any way to give your players a higher amount of training than Normal without damaging their match performances too much (eg. with some facility or with some kind of strategy)?

And since I play in a league with all bots, except me and 2 other teams, winning match by a large amount of points should I try to an higher amount of training without having to worry about losing?
Or it's better if I stick to Normal intensity?

Thanks in advance

No, but check out Help/FAQ > Construction and facilities FAQ > Q#6. And thats regardless of training intensity.

I'd stick to normal. Anything more than that and you're risking ruining your players energy past the point of being fixed. Plus, the quickest way to lose to a bot is to have players with low energy.

The suggestion for each player to have the intensity option needs to be implemented ASAP. I've got 2 guys I screwed up and bought that were in the 30% range. 1 is a starter and the other needs to be sold. I'm not going to change the whole teams intensity levels for just 2 players. I should be able to not train these two players and have a large bump in energy each week they don't train.

You should see my thread about that in the Suggestions

To answer the OP, no there's not a way to increase training intensity, but you can hire coaches and build facilities to increase the amount of training points they get each week. It's hard to buy your coaches for a while other than when you just started, because you need 10x their salary in your account to hire them, so I would buy them before you spend money on building your stadium, or just buy the training hall facilities.

If you're in a league with a bunch of bots, it's definitely a good idea to train a little higher intensity (at least for a little while) to get more training points, because you won't lose against a bot unless you forget to set your lineup. Even then, you'll probably still win.
