Hey, I'm new, just started my franchise. I'm trying to figure out what skills can be trained/improved. I think I read on a thread that Intelligence doesn't change. Is that the only one that doesn't change? What is considered adequate for teamwork and consistency? I understand to a degree how the physical attributes affect positions (I found this site through someone on another that does this same thing but you manage each player and not everyone is an owner, and this site uses most of the same attributes so I am assuming some of the basics) but not sure about the "others." thanks for any help.

Themselves.
Sad to say, the bengals need a complete overhaul starting with the owner and GM if they ever want to be successful.

With the help of others and the FAQ you can
see this is what happens with skills:
Intelligence is the only skill thats not changing.
Also Consistency, Teamwork and the Talent of a Player
wont change over the career.
FAQ 6. What about the player's talent. How does that effect the training?
Talent has no direct influence on training as such. It does however limit how high a player can reach in his skills. If a player has talent;
1 then his maximum is 11
2 then his maximum is 12 =1 Star
3 then his maximum is 13
4 then his maximum is 14 =2 Stars
5 then his maximum is 15
6 then his maximum is 16 =3 Stars
7 then his maximum is 17
8 then his maximum is 18 =4 Stars
9 then his maximum is 19
10 then his maximum is 20 =5 Stars
The only 3 exceptions to this rule are speed, strength and stamina. Speed and strength are limited by a hidden maximum value (different for each player) that represents the maximum value player can reach even if he trains with weights each and every day. Stamina is not limited at all, and with extensive physical (fittness) training every player can reach 20 in stamina.
If you have a supporter account you can see the Training details of
your Players.
There you can see the Progress of the Training.
The Star at the end of the Progress bar indicates
if this skill is limited or not (red Star/green Star).
2. How does the training intensity effect the amount of training points received?
Depending on the training intensity you can gain or lose training points and gain or lose energy. See details below:
Maximum: + 6 training points and - 5 to - 10 energy
High: + 2 training points and - 3 to - 6 energy
Average: 0 training points and 0 to + 2 energy
Low: - 2 training points and + 3 to + 6 energy
Very low: - 4 training points and + 5 to + 6 energy
Keep also in mind that higher training intensity also means higher chance for players to get injured during the training.
It is commonly advised to use average Training
and to let the Time do the rest.
So get yourself young players
with high Int. TW, Con, and train the rest.
