Do you have one specific player for each special team position (without using them anywhere else on your team) or do you use one player at a "regular" position and a special teams position?

Like, as of now, I have been using one of my starting OL as my punter, my KR are my TE and LB, my CB on special teams are my starting CB. Then I do use 1 guy solely as my kicker and have 2 guys who only play as gunner.

Just curious how other teams handle this.

Kicker and Punter I have, but everything else is coming from some other position.

1 player = 1 position, but position may change over time.
Here's a little ABC of "Why to use different players on Special Teams in a game, than those on offensive/defensive formation".

A)Position training. Position training can be gained for only 1 position per game. And when a player is on multiple positions he'll gain position training on defense over offense, and ST over defense or offense.

B)Team chemistry. A player gains chemistry as he plays for the team on offense, defense or special teams, hhich does affects his playing ability with his teammates. He does not gain chemistry while sitting on the stands. A player with low chemistry plays only about 70% of his capability with high chemistry.

C)Experience. At each game a player is used on offense, defense or ST, he has a chance to gain experience, which will help him play better in the future.
