Pending on the players rating at his Natural position.

For example, a newly youth pick will have 1.5 rating at 'x' position but does not have a visual rating in the coaches comments for position 'y'. This will not take long to change his natural position to 'y' because he only has a rating that is 1.5.

I waffled a bit there but I hope it makes sense
