Is the total stadium capacity 120,000 (3,500 VIP, 9,000 Exec, and 107,500) or is the total capacity 132,500 (3,500 VIP, 9,000 Exec, and 120,000 regular seats)? I think it's the latter, but I can't tell for sure from the FAQ.

It's kind of neither

Total capacity is 120,000 seats.
This can be any combination of VIP, Exec and Normal but you can only have a maximum of 3,500 VIP (1000x2 sides + 750x2 ends) and 9000 Exec (2500x2 sides + 2000x2 ends) within that 120,000. So 3,500 VIP, 9,000 Exec, and 107,500 Normal works. But you could just have 120,000 Normal seats if you wanted to.. but I wouldn't
