Okay, I understand the base attendance is somewhere in the 40k-50k range depending upon division. The max stadium size is 120k. Does that mean you should build exec seats out to 40k-50k/120k = 33%-42% because attendance in the exec seats wouldn't be higher than that percentage.

Or for those who have expanded to 50%+ (4500+ seats) of the max capacity of exec seats, are you still selling out all those seats?

The number of Exec seats / vip seats is capped, AFAIK. You will not reach the maximum with only building execs/vips...

Correct

9k exec seats
2.5k on the sides
2k on the ends

3.5k VIP
1000 on the sides

I think I either misstated my question or you misunderstood it.

I understand you can only build 9k total exec seats. And since the maximum attendance is something like 40k-50k (33%-42%) for somebody like me in Division IV, does that mean I will only sell 33%-42% of my max capacity of exec seats or something like 3k-4k exec seats?

Ergo, I should initially build out to 3k-4k exec seats and then switch over to VIP seats???

sorry, I misunderstood.

I can speak from experience that I will have a fully fleshed out exec level in two weeks and all my home games have had 100% attendance for the league. Friendlies seems to fluctuate a little.

12. What are the construction times for the the facilities that we can build?
Stadium upgrades and Youth academy take 15 days to build, the club shop is constructed in 7 days, training hall in 14 days and the fitness centre in 10 days.

depends on what you are building, from the FAQ tab up top:
