I'm as disappointed as anyone over the collapse of the buyout.

This game is, let's face it, pretty awful. It probably runs at a loss. It has fundamental flaws, the user interface is so frustrating. It needs a complete overhaul.

Why are we even still here? Is it habit? A belief that the game will some day improve? Why?

I don't expect the game to ever change. One day I expect to come here and get a 404 bad request. But I want to be here at the end. Like a drunk who doesn't want to leave a bar even though the barman is switching off the lights.

Small things give me hope, such as when Admin posts a reply. That's how low the bar is set.

Anyway, I don't know if there are others out there with similar thoughts. It's just so disheartening to think that we can't revive this game.
