I was not in charge for the latest WC but having been in charge for the 4 previous it looks like the older players on human teams have all been emptied (i know 2 or 3 of my players where removed).
Regarding the QB's one of them is the kicker while another is a pass catching full back/running back and another is a LB.
TE's have been limited with Corey Porter being the only real option there but they have plenty WR's and running backs with catching stats to make up for it i guess.
