Once again an update from the Community Buy-Out Project Team
We've gone over some of the organisational things around the intended buy-out. We will set-up a legal entity which, in case of a succesful buy-out, will be where the ownership rights to this game will reside. After this the actual fundraising can start.
We are putting together a kind of investor prospectus for you, so you can see what you invest in ! More news on that soon!

What we talked about:
- future software development crew
Alex (Moran) presented that he convinced another volunteering Software developer.
Ewout (Simpathia) talked to Enefel from GI. Enefel told him that he have big experience with SQL and would help us.
The current crew consists of 2 definitive coders (friends of Alex), 2 coders in backup (Ewout and Mario (TheGamingMo)) and SQL expert Enefel.

- Adding the LinkedIn profiles of the buy out-management team
Enefel suggested to reveal the LinkedIn profiles of the buy out-management team when the Crowdfunding will start to give the community the opportunity to get the buy out-team to know. This suggestion convinced us to do so.

- preparation of GoFundMe page
Simpathia have prepared the GoFundMe page.

- presentation of weekly Updates
Alex suggested to provide a weekly update after each meeting of the buy out-team to keep the GI community informed.
Klemens (Klomgo) volunteered for this task.

- Rewards for spending money
We intensified the previous discussion about offering the community different rewards.
We agreed that every contribution at the Crowdfounding matters and should be rewarded.
For different certain amounts the spenders should get different rewards. A main thing is the Supporter Account for different periods of time. Little things like badges could be also added. We will specify that when the buy out is successful and we know what is technically possible.
If someone wants to spend an huge amount of money we should offer this person the co-ownership.


Things to do:
- financial analysis
As we are currently not sure which amounts of financial barriers at the Crowdfounding should be set, Alex wants to make a financial analysis relating to the asking price of the current GI owner.

- business case
Anders (SrednaD) still wants to shorten the current business case that can be presented to the community.
