illegal defense formation

i have a big problem and need your help please

my defense formation was illegal in the last game.... i dont know why.... please explain to me the reason of this "illegal" defense formation

DL - End left
DL - End right
DL - tackle left
DL - tackle right
LB - center
LB - left
LB - right
CB - left
CB - right
SS - right
FS - left

please tell me what i have to do that this formation will be legal... i need it for the game on saturday

ah yes THAAAAAAAAANNNNNNNNNKKKKK YYOOUUUUUUUUU SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO MUUUUUUCH ... i named the a LB 2 times ...one time as CB... i was crazy all the day...but now its good
