This is my first season and I wonder what happens to the energy levels when a new season starts.. Does it continue or reset back to 100%?

Yeah, I was hoping to train my players crazy in the first year and go for the win in the second year... Still my tactic but I have to take it more easy on the intensity.

However, they should recover a couple of percentage since there is a (virtual) off-season
