I open this thread so as to read the critiques for the rookie DeShone Kizer (QB of Cleveland Browns). Please do write down your opinion about this guy.

I am cautiously optimistic that he may pull a Russel Wilson. (Not that he will win superbowl in the near future, but that he will be a good QB.)
Osweiler and Flynn are comparable backup materials. I could argue that Osweiler is not worse than Flynn. Being a rookie, and being able to beat out a veteran (even a lifelong backup material) is a feat. It does not guarantee the guy will be great, but a very promising sign.

I like Hue Jackson, and I like the approach the front office is taking with respect to accumulating draft capital. That said, I think it would make more sense to start Osweiler or Kessler and let them take the lumps for a while instead of throwing the rookie second-round pick to the wolves on day 1.
