We are just entering into the 2nd half of the season and I see a pretty interesting race to win the division and promote to TD. My Clayton Bears sit in first place at the moment on point differential but the Llamas and War Eagles are right there with Patriots looming close. The War Eagles are really pushing hard to promote this year as they are carrying the 3rd highest salaries in North America but two losses in the first half of the year leave them little room for error. Clayton made an interesting move this week when they sold off starting LB B-Jay Conover. Normally a first place team isn't selling off starters but owner Brent Swagger said it was just time to keep a balance in income and spending and the feeling in the organization was it was time to move Aaron Cook into the starting lineup. Could this sell off be enough to cost the Clayton Bears promotion?
