Been scouting around a lot over the last few weeks, and one thing that concerns me is a lack of UK talent coming through compared to earlier years.

Benefits of a Youth Academy are actually pretty massive in the long run:

* You get a choice of 4 players, which means if you choose wisely on average your player will be a year younger (and have a year's headstart) on a non-Youth Academy equivalent.

* You can see agility, stamina, speed and strength before you sign them - the last two can make a big difference: you can choose a player starting at 15/15 instead of 7/7.

* All skills are higher on average - most players will have some skills starting at 7, which also gives them a good start in life if it helps with their chosen position.

So if you have the finances to keep one running, what are y'all waiting for? Get the construction window open and start building. You know it makes sense.
