That loss by the Gators just made the stretch run in TD a lot more interesting, with Hakers and the Gators playing each other in week 18.

It's possible Hakers will lose a game before then and Orlando won't, in which case the champion will be known after week 17, but it seems more likely that a title will be on the line when the two squads play on the final day of the season.

After 3 years of maddeningly inconsistent play, it looks like we've lost the Haitian Giants to botdom in II.2.

A shame, really, as they've shown real potential at times; last season, they finished 4th in Reaus' ranking of Div. III teams with one of the best offenses at that level.

Coming at this late stage, this unfortunate botdom has the potential to impact the final standings in II.2. The Giants have played Mississauga twice already, while Grease Monkeys and my own team both face the newly-bot squad in the next month.

This makes a likely title for my team all but certain, as I've got a two-game lead that won't be harmed by a pair of bot games, and a sizable PD edge over Mississauga. So there's a silver lining for my squad.

For the Grease Monkeys, there's good news and bad news. The bad news is that their path to a title - which depended on my losing 3 out of 4 games - is now gone. The good news is that they'll have an extra bot game down the stretch, giving them an edge over Mississauga and Omaha as those teams jockey for 2nd and 3rd place.

The Grease Monkeys look like they're about to go bot also... haven't been on since 8/14, which means unless he logs in, he'll go bot late Monday or early Tuesday.

Side note: Div. II.1 is in the middle of one heck of a title race. This week's results scrambled the standings, and now three squads have identical league-best 10-4 records. Any of four teams could be in first place after week 15 - definitely a division to watch.

Yeah it looks like I'm still in it at 9-5, but I play all the top teams and they all beat me earlier this season.

You're still in it since I'm playing a select number of backups for BPOS the rest of the season since I had no shot at catching the rest of the contenders in PD.

Congrats on the win. It's still season 22 and mine to win. I'm not sure why you would claim any spoiler role? Perhaps my loss to the pigs last week could be viewed the same way. It just comes down to winning more games than everyone else. I'd rather be up by one game than down by one game. Good luck the rest of the way

Two game losing streak, setting up a big stretch run over the next 3 weeks. Season 22 is turning out to be really exciting for sure. Hoping my team can get things rolling to close things out. Got a big AFLC match Thursday too
