what should i be looking to do next??? i have most of the players for future. i have upgraded stadium to 1,300. what should i do, upgrade further in stadium or should i build one of the buildings??? i dont really understand them, does the fitness center help players get better at much different rate? is it worth it?

Build your stadium. Then build your stadium. Than again, build your stadium. After that you can hire top level coaches, because you will have enough money to pay them and to cover wages that will raise next season. Facilities can wait...

I would agree for the most part. if you feel comfortable hire a coach with one decent stat (10) in either fitness or defense so that your whole team can benefit (skill players can train agility with a defensive coach )
