It definitely helps you, but as Jinto said, it's quite expensive.

Early on it's probably better to build up your stadium, since that's the best way to make money. Then, at the end of the year, you can take your ticket revenue and your end of the season bonuses and buy some coaches along with adding even more seats.

Of course, there is no right or wrong way to do it, so if you decided you want to add to your staff a little at a time you can definitely do it. But I think most people used the strategy of building up their seats first and it seemed like the best idea.

Yeah, what jinto and buckeye said. During the first season, most of my coaches were around 5. After I won the Cup and my division, I invested in coaches and the stadium (I got 1 million $ in bonuses). If I hadn`t, I would have focused only on the stadium.
