After this season, Crespo will be on the way out. Staten and Crank will be the top QB's for Team USA and I expect those two to battle it out pretty equally

Score is irrelevant. You only need to win to guarantee a place in the finals as you have the better PD, so regardless of what happens in the other game you are through with a win. Winner of the other game will go through with you as well as PD is only 2 different now so winner takes the spot

As the joker might say it isn't about the points difference, it's about sending a message.

While that was Staten's first loss as starting QB for the USA he has managed 50%+ completion rate in the 3 games he has played as QB for.
