So who is looking to manage the club in WC16? I'm hoping for a civil thread and a successful cup run for our squad.

Eh maybe, starting to enjoy coaching for small foreign countries as its a pleasant challenge. I guess I'll throw in just to make sure there is somebody from td but have no expectations to win.
I would love another crack at it, but I will take a season or two off and let some other managers have a go. The team is really solid. There are 3 players on the team that had 20 stamina, so they never played. I got rid of most of the 20 stamina guys, but they were and still are beasts, but with all the talk about 20 stamina players not performing every 3 games or so, I decided not to play any of them. I tried to boot them from the team following the finals, but it would not let me. I would suggest removing them and making room for some new guys. There are a few players on the team that also didn't play, but will in the next season or two, so that is why they are there. Hunter Staten (QB) and a couple of WR's if I remember correctly. I will be happy to help the new manager in any way, as I do have a pretty good spread sheet of up and coming players that should be at least considered, starting with Haker's QB. I also have some data on the settings that seemed to work really well, but I'm sure the new manager will want a crack at it their way, so that is just out there if whomever would like it. Anyway, it was fun

I guess I will be coach, okay! Not really, at least until I win a top division crown or regional cup.
There were a number of solid candidates last season. Hopefully some of them will throw their hats back in the ring.
I do know that, as much as I'd like to do it, it won't be me as I won't be applying. Way to much stuff on my plate otherwise to dedicate enough time to the job right now.

I would say that while I would like him to see a few more Hunter States does have a national cap to his name. It may just be at wide receiver when the team panicked that the head coach forgot to turn up to their first qualifying match! Good job getting the side onto the podium though.

Thanks, I would say overall it was a good job. Going in I felt making the final 4 should be expected, given the talent available to this region. Making the finals would be really good and winning it all would be pretty much awesome. Now that I have participated and been able to play against the best players around the world, I think those were pretty lofty expectations to have. My preliminary expectations didn't take into account some of the unexpected variables, such as the teams that will be in your group stage, the possibility of facing UK in a game where one of you are going home without even reaching the quarters and the randomness of the game which is always there, but maybe more notable at this level of talent. With that said, if I am to do it again, I would change my expectations to making the quarters would be the expectations, the semis really good and the finals a great run. The WC is a really fun element of this game and I hope most of the serious managers in the game get the opportunity to run a WC team at some point. If I never coach again, I can always claim to be 1-0 against UK and Spain
