Are you being sarcastic? Wasn't your line up issue in the FINALS? Ouch, that hurts! I have had one line up issue and that was simply forgetting that the WC was starting. We still qualified to advance. It took me about 3 or 4 games to settle on the line up to take the US team deep into this WC and that is what everyone will get to see. I can live with winning or losing, but it would be really hard to stomach flubbing on the WC finals. Perhaps flubbing the Iron Bowl finals would be the only other flub that would rival the sting. So I get why you are so excited sometimes. Here's wishing you a happy new year

Good game with Russia today

USA came out victorious 28-24 and move to 1-0 in the 2nd round. Players have the afternoon off and we will meet for dinner at 6:30 and then convene to the film room to prepare for Poland tomorrow

Nice come back as well after falling behind 14-0 early. Hopefully the squad can build off this and make a nice showing.

Well that was disappointing. The Polish QB went off for nearly 70% completion against us. Crespo looked human for the 2nd straight game, hovering in the mid 50's for completions. That's not gonna cut it. Will have to rethink things for the next match. Win and we advance, lose and we're done. Tough group. Looks like group D have the same deal, 4 teams with 1 win each. Team will be heading right to bed after dinner tonight

USA gained more yards but had a few more drives stall out and they punted more. Hopefully a case of getting some bad rolls. I see the team USA beat in game 1 beat UK so that is a positive sign. I'm not sure many changes are needed, maybe just some better luck?
