Actually I noticed that but I didn't fire him, I sold him. His new team must have fired him. I've posted a note on country forums for everybody I did fire (at least 3 other NT players).

On a related note, I just fired Laurence Maiden. It's been a fun 234 weeks with that monster. But with 31 looming, and other ideas, it's time to let go. Consider this the head's up!

20/20 5* DEs don't happen everyday, and to think I used to have another 20/20 DE as his mate (who also holds the record of most pressures in one game - 22). Along with my recently fired NT Orazio (who starts for Italy), I don't think I'll ever have a Dline quite that good for a while :/

He can't retire if he's still on the NT. However, he has yet to crack the starting line up, so I doubt it will matter and I'm sure there are better guys coming up

Crespo got off to a rocky start with that INT on his first pass of the game, but he's really settled down. If only our defense could get a stop, we might have a chance.

Those 50 yard kickoff returns by Italy really seem to be helping.
