So, hands up who's applying for the hot seat for the World Cup 14 cycle?

I nominate Phiba. A number of other people have also backed him. If he isnt prepared to run (Im sure he woudl want to) I would say AbCat.

I am not, I've been asked before but it's too much for me to do it justice right now.

Will be interesting to see who's interested. I'd happily give my vote to Phiba for a 2nd term or to Ab.
I, I imagine like my little bro will, have thrown my name in there more in the hopes of getting one of the myriad less represented nations (because I enjoyed doing it with Poland last campaign), rather than with any real hopes of leading the big boys just yet!

I've applied but more as a backup so we don't get some random doing it. Happy for Phiba to continue and if he puts his name forward I'll also be voting for him to continue in the role.

I may or may not go for a smaller team, but undecided at the moment. May eve stick to Slovenia and try to ruin someone else's qualifying campaign.

Thanks for the support guys

I was bitterly dissapointed not to take the team further in WC 13, but I would love to carry on as coach and bring the trophy back to the UK. I feel I know the current roster extremely well and I know the particular areas where we need to improve the team.

I'm sure there will be a lot of good managers apply for the position who would all be worthy of filling the role, so I will be happy with whatever choice the UK community makes.

My hat is in the ring

May run for a third election for World Cup 15 if anyone fancies another trophy.

For this election, I will support whoever wins.

Is that a quote from Nigel Farage?
