Did anyone find it usefull to make a youth center? are the youngster much better?

not sure i've found anyone who's bought one yet...
never been quite sold on the idea, as there isn't really much of an increase in player's ability coming out..

I still plan on getting one eventually if for no other reason than the positional increase.

maybe he sold all his youngsters on the transfer lists with good prices
