When is a player "experienced enough" to be able to gain two chemistry points instead of one? How high does the experience bar go up to, and is a Regional cup just an official game? Thanks for the help!

I am not sure on your first question Coach, but I can help you with the second
From the FAQ:
3. How much experience do the players gain in a match?
Each friendly game a player has 50% chance to gain 1 point of experience. Each official game a player has 75% of chance to gain 1 point of experience. Each AFLC game a player has 100% to gain a point of experience plus 50% to gain another.

My guess for the first question is "Never."
As for the second, Guru's dead-on.

So what does Experience do? All I can find is my chance of gaining a point in it. I assume I want Experience points, but why?

the only known fact is experienced players up their team chemistry faster.
theories exist that experienced players play better but we can't quantify that.

I`m wondering if there is something in the FAQ I missed about the POS rating.
How much do you get for each friendly, cup, league and AFLC game?
