I'd say a 50k stadium is about right for div III. My stadium is only a bit bigger than yours and I think ive only had 1 sell out game this season.

In my opinion you should probably just wait for the moment. If you have a build window during next season build a couple of thousand seats then, mainly to shut down your stadium and save maintenance costs during that time.

50K is probably 2K too much if you are gonna finish .500, so sit on you stadium and don't touch it.
