I am a cash hoarder. Well, I challenge myself to try to run at a profit each season and I have with only a couple exceptions over the seasons. It just feels more realistic to me to try to stay in the positive each season. Presently I am making a little over 4.5 million this season (after spending 2.5 million on a new QB) and my bank balance is a little shy of $67 million.

Make the game something you enjoy. For me I have 2 rules that probably hurt me a bit in just playing to win...
1- I only have players from the USA on my roster
2- I must be fiscally responsible and try to stay in the black each season

I do the same with my team finances. I set a maximum of wages based on my season goals and expected incomes. But only now I am implementing (or trying to) an all-national team. The main goal is to aid Brazil NT with some fresh players.

Right now I have 9M on my account. Since I joined GI I have never gone over 15 M (and it seems like I will never reach it).

My bank balance is the same as it was 3-4 seasons ago. Just don't seem to make money anymore, even with reduced wages. Every season is break even or small loss.

I'm up $3m so far this season but an early cup exit (in a region with 10 or less teams!) will probably see that get slowly whittled back to the usual break even amount.

The AFLC drought may also have something to do with it. Haven't seen any action there since Elephantgate a few seasons back.

About 10 million.

Made some decent money last season when I was winning, but now I am whining and the money is just not the same. Spent a lot on the transfer market this season picking up 4½ and 5 star talent players, so I am down 7 million and should loose another 2-3 million due to Cup exit and a loss of starters from last season.

Elephantgate... I have almost forgot about that.

I aim to make profit before trades every season, which shows...I might go back to div III due to not pushing hard on high end players, but being able to buy expensive players from the transfer market, and still have a lot on the account.
