OK, so I've built and fully upgraded my gift shop and fitness center, I've also got a level 20 fitness coach. I've also built my training hall but its not got any upgrades yet.

Do i upgrade my hall fully first or should i invest in maxing out the rest of my coaching staff and then fully upgrade.

I'd personally max out the coaches first and then look at maxing out the Training Hall.
