Hard to say without seeing all of your players' skills, but from my best estimate, your offense is awful. It seems as though your quarterback got a really high rating, despite completing only 3/20 passes. Are your receivers/TE's really awful? You might consider switching any players that seem to fit equally well on offense/defense to your offense, especially the skill positions.

Also, you had some OL's get huge ratings, but your running game was still not very good. I wonder if those OL would be better off at other positions, given that your offense is not accomplishing much with them there. At the very least, try to lean your running game towards whatever side you're putting those really good OL's on.

If there's any specific players that you were wondering why they had a bad game, post their stats in this thread and I'll let you know what I think about their positions.

because Austria > Germany, by default

and your pass defense is kinda weak
maybe replace one LBM with a FS?

Your CB on the right side could not stop Stefan. He burned you for 7 catches and almost 200 yards. Otherwise the game would have been pretty even. Looks like your CB drop to 1 star because of stamina.

Your OL line is poor on the right side, therefore, there are many "incomplete pass under pressure..." by DE's and LLB messages in the game log. That is the reason for your low passing rate.

Exactly, Janos.

This is WHY you lost....You were pressured about 10 times! Sort your Offensive Line out. Stop training them on Blocking and train them on Strength.

While your O-line is fine in the strength and blocking categories for now, your linemen aren't very agile and have low vision as well. That's a huge problem, especially at offensive tackle. Speed rushers will get past them with relative ease. You may want to use a FB for additional blocking.

Question: how consistent is the O-line play? If it's low, that could be another source of your woes.

I would play two TE's and sit one RB - see what happens.

The additional blocking may aid the protection.

Good luck

It would be interesting to know which of the above OL players performed the worst in your game.

Their pos. rating would help a lot as well, bc higher pos. rating could compensate a lower skill level.
