From Game Rules (bottom right of screen)

It is not allowed to make advertisements for players on transfer list, not in forum messages, and not in signatures. You need to use the transfer ads section for this.

This is an ad. Ads belong in the ads section. That's why it's called the ads section.

There are separate ad threads for non-english speaking countries. You can use those. You cannot use the english forums to post ads. Doing so might get you in trouble with the mods. So, don't.
