what level should i improve them to? or at all? i have around 100 grand, and im pretty set at players and stadium upgrades.

1 in 10 or 15 might work, or balanced training if you so choose. Balanced like 5/5/5/5/5.

having a coach that has one 10 requires 220k in the bank. I'd continue to save till you can hit at least that.
