Was just checking my team and noticed some players could easily be better in possition other than natural playing roles. Should i ignore them and set up my team according to player abilities?

It's your choice, but I think most have ignored positions and put them where they think they'd be best.
It'll hurt(very slightly) in the short term as a player isn't used to the position and may not always play that well. But in the long run it will most likely be the better decision. Teams have won so far with both methods though.

Would definitely play those players out-of-position during friendlies and league games against bots. Their positions will begin to adjust and you'll be better off in the long run.
