Hi,
i already had a lot of my players change their BPOS. but there is an OL i play QB that just doesnt change, he plays QB for about 10-15 games and he is still an OL.

If you are talking about Jürgen Brakenwagen, he has 2.5 stars as a OL - so it'll take him longer to become QB than someone that has only 1 Star at OL... atleast that's my understanding. He's probably getting experience as QB - but just hasn't gotten more than 2.5 stars yet.
