We haven't seen the Americans in the knock-out phase since February. Wuhahahaha.

In seasons to come, people will look back on these days with some serious nostalgia and say, 'Well of course the UK won, they had all the best players then,' but we don't actually have a massive advantage in terms of players over many of the others. USA and Germany probably have more top end players available, and France, Serbia, Poland, Australia, Spain and Italy aren't that far behind us.
