Keep also in mind that higher training intensity also means higher chance for players to get injured during the training.

So they say the training harder that average the chance of an injury is bigger, but they don't say that while training average, the chance of an injury isn't there.

Players can always get injured during training, only the chance of it happening increases with every higher level of intensity

And like Jinto says, better doctors help the chance of an injury get even lower

I had a few injuries last season, but for about 6 weeks i haven't got any.

it's just bad luck, it can happen. The chance just isn't that big, but it's still there.
