When sending a player away, there are 2 options: fire or transfer. Can someone tell me what is the benefit of transferring a player rather than "firing" him?
Thanks

Firing the player kicks them out the team.
Transferring a player puts him on the market for other teams to buy off you.

..thanks for the answer...i tried to sell a player but it prompted me that if I sell it " i have to pay 2500 and 5% GIT....now, if the bidding starts at 1000 and my player gets sold for 2000, it means, I will end up paying 500, on top of GIT and i would have lost the player...
however, if i sell fire him out right, i do not pay anything...
is the logic that it is a risk i would have to take?? or am i missing something???
thanks for the reply....

You would be right in the fact that you would lose money if a player sells for a very low amount. You can either set the start price higher or advertise the player using the ads section.
If the player you plan to get rid of has much value than it would definitely be better to sell.
And truely only players with a talent of more than 3,5 make any money in this game. If the player is below 3,5 in talent - Fire him.

If you are ever feeling down, just know that neither of Dorfenschmirtz's parents showed up to his birth.
