How would I switch a players position? I have a dl I want to be an ol. Is there a way?

Play him as OL. For every appr. 10 games (including friendlies and cup games) he will gain a half star as OL and when his BPOS at OL is the highest, he will change position to OL.

There is no 'forced' way to change a players position.
