It does not. Neither BPOS nor fitness (Speed, Strength, Stamina) affect salary. Every other skill does

It's also worth pointing out that the highest skill is the one that has the greatest influence on salary when season turnover comes around. This is why it's often much better to train skills as evenly as possible. Not only will you have a better player than a 'one skill wonder' but you experience salary hikes at a slower pace.

e.g. One player with 20 catching and 5 agility would cost $104k+ per week. A different player with 15 catching, 10 agility assuming identical other stats would be around the same ability if not better but only cost around $37k per week. Eventually both could reach 20 catching and 20 agility, but player A has to continue to be paid $104k+ per week for those 15 agility points, while player B will be paid much less overall. Eventually when they're both 20/20 they'll be paying the same $104k+ rate but player B won't reach that payscale until the very end while you've paid it all along with player A.

Disclaimer: In very few positions is it worth actually training up to 20 skill level assuming your players can even reach it. The gist of the example above still holds true, however.

Is salary than based on the highest other skill? Does position they play factor at all? How about if they have high BPO at multiple positions? I am starting to train a couple of my better players at multiple positions. Might I pay for that in the future?

BPOS does not effect salary. Only trainable non fitness skills do.

Other skills do effect the salary, but is it so small in comparison the effect. An example:-

I go a Olineman with 17 blocking and no other skill above 12, $55K wages.
Another Olineman with 17 in 5 skills, $58K wages.

S if you are talking about players with 7-10 skill levels, you'd be lucky to see a $500 difference if you had 2 skills at the same level.
