Does it make much difference if a player is training defending/agility or attacking/agility?
I have a lvl 20 attacking coach but still a lvl 1 defence coach. I was planning on training the agility of some of my D line and LBs. Does it matter if i set their training to attacking/agility rather than defending/agility?

Agility training has the same affect whether it uses attacking or defending. So any increases in attacking/agility training will be just as beneficial as increases in defending/agility.
The only difference is the time it takes to increase during training. With equal coaches, defending will increase a bit faster since the training points will be divided among 3 skills instead of 5. However, since you have 20 attacking coaches/1 defending coach, it will be much faster training attacking/agility.
