On each team's page in the area where the stadium preview is/should be, there is a 'challenge' box in the upper right corner. If this box is gray, the team (or you) already have a friendly scheduled for the upcoming Monday. You can't schedule friendlies past the upcoming week (1 at a time).
An easier way to find teams who might still need a friendly is to look in the friendlies ad. This can be found to the left of the community pages like this one you're reading now. Click 'Ads' on the left sidebar near the top. Near the top of that page you will see two tabs, 'Transfer Ads' and 'Friendly Games', click the 'Friendly Games' ad. You will see ads for teams who have been looking for friendlies. Click the team links at the bottom of each ad where it says 'posted by ...'.
Some of these teams may have already scheduled a friendly, keep looking and challenge more than one team to increase your odds of getting a friendly scheduled. You can also post your own ad here so others can easily find you and challenge you.
