Just curious but I have a player who has capped strength and I was training all fitness. If I continue training all fit will I lose some of my percentage of points to strength even though it is capped. I went to FAQ and it gives percentage for two and three skill set training. Will it now be considered a two skill set.

Yes, you will lose points as the division of points remains the same even if the skill is capped. The points that are set for the capped skill just disappear.
Generally, when you have a capped skill, it makes more sense to focus train, so that you can optimize the points each week
