No, we do not. Some of us are trying out a few ideas though. Are you not enjoying the hidden aspects of the game? I am

there are way too many of them if you ask me. beginning with official skills required for each position (still in unofficial mode?) and including other tactics and situations (still in "find out" mode?)... so, technically i'm still playing a game without knowing any basics how to.

But you are not enjoying finding out?

finding out what? all i (we) have is guess. what's the point of guessing anything, if you don't know if it's correct?

for example, this situation mentioned. it can be:
1) low skill(s) of QB , probably some secondary (or primary??) which means:
1.1) either i have to train some skills, that i don't know which... which is not 100% true that might correct the problem, and waste a season or more to see if there is any improvement
1.2) buy some other QB, with different set of skills, and waste a season or more until his form/chemistry improve to a percentage his skills will have effort
2) something with OL, meaning:
2.1) problem with center build
2.1.1) as stated previously
2.1.2) as stated previously
2.2) problem with guard build
2.2.1) as stated previously
2.2.2) as stated previously
2.3) problem with tackle build
2.3.1) as stated previously
2.3.2) as stated previously
oh, did i mention not knowing if my build for any player is correct , since we're still in guess mode?
sorry, in my opinion , everyhthing of this is useless. no fun at all.

To me, this is fun.

Try to open up to it, and you will enjoy it a lot more.

Skills and positions - I think it'd be nice to get confirmation of the major skills. Yea they might "seem" obvious once we know them - but they might not actually be that obvious before hand.

Example: QB - would the three major skills be Passing, Intelligence, and Vision? Or maybe Strength is one of them? How about footwork or positioning or agility? Depending on how you interpret each of those skills - they could each be "the most important" skill for a QB.

The "isn't it fun to find out?" line of thinking is kinda silly when none of us will know anything for years. Literally. Until teams have actually developed - we really won't have a clue as to what marginal benefits are gained from "one more level" of a skill. I'd bet that fewer than 1% of the people who sign up will remain with the game long enough to see a new recruit retire.

The game does offer a style which is welcome - but the scope might be too grand for its own good. 6 years is a very long time for a game to be played over, and yet that really is the timeframe of this game.
