What (lack of) skills of offensive linemen and/or QB are causing this to happen?

I'd like to know the answer to that also.

I have offensive lineman that have what I think are good skills blocking, footwork, strength, speed and my QB is pressured more than what my defense puts on my opponent and they have great speed, strenth and vision.

I'm getting alot of pressures on the oppositions QB....

However, it's usually a lot or zero. No middle ground!

Same thing happens to me too. I'm beginning to think it has more do to with the QBs own skills than the OL in front of him.

I got pressured or sacked many times. For example Guru sacked me twice last game, Merc sacked me twice two games ago...

And I think I got pretty nice OL and QB with high vision and IQ

I posted my first reply before my friendly and wound up pressuring my opponents QB in this game than I did all of last season combined it seemed which was a major improvement for my DL's and LB's...but on the flip side, my OL's allowed 5 sacks which was more than I allowed all last season. I scouted my opponents leading sacker (3) and his skills were very sub par.

I guess against being sacked should mainly help agility and footwork.

It's not possible. 100%. There is not a such a sentence in translation module
